One of the Reasons I Love Gardening

Fried green tomatoes – I can taste them now!


Slice tomatoes real thin
Dredge in flour/bread crumbs mixture with garlic salt & onion powder
Fry in hot oil until browned
Sprinkle breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese over tomatoes

And as far as the fried green tomatoes... the fact that you haven't tried them MUST be fixed. I'll bring you some green tomatoes on Tuesday!

I'm growing some tomatoes this summer in my garden. But have never tried fried green tomatoes either. Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier :)
